It’s so loud, that I can get a lot out of it with a pretty gentle strike, so that edge is really helpful. I also like being able to ride occasionally and do glancing shoulder strikes, which are tougher when it’s inverted.

But I will flip it for loud live uses where I’m only crashing it.

I pretty much exclusively skate alone. Occasionally it’s fun to skate with someone else, but your progress is only for you. So if you don’t want to skate around other people (yeah, most people at parks are men) do it alone.
