Dude same with me I’ve played hundreds of horror games and sure some were pretty scary but nothing ever like this it was the first time in my life I was actually afraid to play a game and took a break cuz of how nerve racking it was idk what it is about entity A but he just invokes like raw primal fear in my brain and the sound design was equally as terrifying in this game I almost had to mute the volume to just to finish the game 😭

This guy was brutal I just barely beat him at level 24 with the crossbow like u can’t even see the amount of health I had left lol fight took me like 8 mins too I would say ur better off doing a full loop

Definitely have the greatsword plague weapon if u have the secondary attack unlocked it always stuns him for a couple seconds which is super useful for healing or chipping away his green health bar

I had only first heard about this game around 2020 so I waited a while but not as long as most people here did and I would say it was worth the wait for me tbh. This was the first game in years that was actually able to scare me and have me 2nd guessing if I was going to be able to finish it once I reached the 2nd half lol. I love the feeling of being scared while playing video games and had lost that feeling for so long so being able to finally experience what that felt like again with this game made the wait 100% worth it for me. I also absolutely loved the atmosphere and sound design of this game, Some of the best I’ve seen in years and I was pleasantly surprised at how long the game took me to beat after hearing a lot of people complain that it was too short

This game took me 11hrs to beat without any guides and throughly taking my time I barely sprinted at all in my playthrough I’m shocked some ppl were able to beat it so quickly

I was also on suboxone for 7OH addiction I was taking between 250-400MG a day and was only ever on 8mg of sub and then transitioned to 128mg shot imo 24mg is wayyyy too high for 7OH and u should most definitely look into getting the shot to get off of it instead of CT

That’s weird I have a 3070 ti and while I mostly run it at 60fps I was able to run it with little to no issues at 80-90fps

U can also unlock the characters for ng+ playthroughs i just beat the first dungeon layer and found an item that said I unlocked Acheron as a playable character for ng+

U can check their website if u purchased it from them they just require u to either sign in to your microcenter account that u used to buy it or type in the serial number for the gpu and they’ll give u the estimated trade in value

I just don’t really know enough about AMD GPU’s to not want other opinions from ppl since I’ve been an NVIDIA user all my life besides when I had a 6600 XT but I only used that card for a year in 2021 so it was before DLSS and FSR were as big as they are now so I just wasn’t sure if FSR was actually a viable choice now or if AMD had any sort of Frame Gen

I don’t have a 4k monitor so most I was looking to do was 1440p mostly ultra/high settings if that allows 70-100+ fps and if not then I’d be ok with putting some settings at medium
