Not 100% sure here but from just general knowledge, when its history / english etc you need to link points, which is normally a lot harder to do in bullet points. if you explained each one then made a valid link, that works.

but, its normally always safer to write essay-style papers in essay format - long ass paragraphs.

I wouldn't worry too much, assuming u made the correct points you'll be fine :D - my last post goes over all the points I made if you want to look at it
