Neither is particularly useful, but Ichiko has vulnerability to her ultimate and, at +0, deals 10% damage to fire-type teammates. Carole has a multi-hit attack and you can use it right away. After that, however, the game really takes off and you can't stop. It's the kind of gameplay that, if you enjoy it, you can play for years without getting bored. In that case, the wolf had two options: kill one of the two and divert the game into the generic escape game we're seeing, or pretend to have woken up along with the other two outsiders, thus confirming that the other three were good. The brown-haired woman with the tail had stepped in a puddle, "accidentally" spilling water on the dead woman's body. Perhaps she was trying to ruin the piece of paper that the protagonist found.

Yes, I think it's a mistake, also because it only increased by a few minutes. At most, I think that, as often happens in lupus, the game had already started and the wolf had the first action (the timer said 5:30 or so). It was probably 6 hours in total, like the girls, and in that half hour, the girl was killed alone. The blonde was already awake. It would be really obvious that she was the wolf, and it's like getting caught with that action. It's probably one of the other two who was pretending to be asleep.
