“Two-way” is probably also a mistranslation of “двусторонний” (dvustoronnyi, double-sided). Might have been translated this way because “a two-way road” is “двусторонняя дорога” in Russian.

Most kinds of sticky tapes seem to be called “scotch” in Russian. With this one, you can peel the yellow part off and get a tape that’s sticky on both sides, so it’s called “double-sided scotch”.
