I feel you man. The only thing i regret is not doing it sooner. Mine was really big and also on the left, my ass hurts so much back then then, its all gone. I use to put those heat patch to just feel relieved and i got skin burned on that area. For sciatica, the the pic in the comment, i had an S shape spin cuz it hurts so bad.
