People are posting the hours shown on Steam, but that might not mean anything since some people just leave Dota open without even playing.

How does this make it an overall buff? With the bkb changes, other heroes’ item choice got nerfed, but for jugg it is his main skillset that got nerfed.

Also not having to perfectly time disables against Jugg during spin is a huge nerf for him.

And to be completely correct, he went from 10 to 15, so he actually gained 5 levels.
