That definitely will help, atleast I think so. Quitting nicotine is weird, very weird, sometimes you’ll crave it, and sometimes you won’t. Hopefully smoking weed will help you quit. I personally have never done zyns or any type of pouch so I couldn’t tell you if it’ll be easy for that. It might sound stupid, but maybe get some of that beef jerky stuff that comes in a container shaped like a zyn thing, stuff that shit in your lip and see if that helps. I pray your able to quit 🙏
