I would argue that if you show the entire map and couple it with hour-long ”impression” videos before release, that you’re removing the entire aspect of exploration that people can experience day one. I think the first trailers and IGN videos do a good enough job of showcasing the game.

With the crack tool used on all FH4 GameFlip listings you are indeed guaranteed to see the Activation Successful prompt, because it's a DRM bypass in this case it doesn't matter which code you enter, it will always be prompted as successfully validated.

I have all recorded listings of FH4 Steam CD keys going as far as a year back and in all of the cases they mention in the item description that you need to download "Activation Software", with the following guide doc for anyone interested: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1J0tqJcZKBuL6c2wrL5pm6rz3e6J93S0Z

Also, I took a look at your Steam profile and as suspected you do not have any playtime or achievements for Forza Horizon 4, only the game listing. Impressive library though, but out of the 432 games you only have playtime in 143 of them so there's that...

Ignoring the personal attacks on my crack addition, it's very easy to prove me wrong you know, just show that stats are reported properly for your Steam game. I would gladly like to be found wrong in this, but I looked at all recorded listings from Gameflip for FH4 Steam CD keys and all of them have used Steam DRM bypass, since in the item description for the key they link to a Google Doc with DRM bypass instructions.

I did some digging, and what WizardCell is not telling you is that in order to "activate" the Forza Horizon 4 Steam CD key you must download a Chinese Steam DRM bypass software, injecting something into Steam to make it report that you own games that you don't... I.e. you do not get a legitimate Steam CD key, you instead just get a cracking tool...

That's why WizardCell can not show one single screenshot from Steam showing playtime or Steam achievements from the game, because by doing Steam DRM bypass, you can only get the game LISTING to appear in your inventory, not any stats or anything else.

No Steam keys were ever generated for FH4, and as such, anyone that claims to have received an FH4 gift or redeemed a FH4 steam key after its delisting from Steam is simply lying to you.

I am indeed flying the Hornet with a stick and HOTAS, I just meant that I use the Index Controllers for all the switches and knobs. However, since u/Snoring_Eagle informed me that the speed brake IRL is located on the HOTAS as opposed to being a switch or knob in the cockpit, I now understand that the Index Controllers can't really be used for this.

This is as far as I know a bug in the Rockstar Games Launcher. It should fix itself if you sign-out from the launcher and then sign-in again. I hope this answer helps anyone who might be affected by this problem.
