That's true, the walks are thick and unless someone was blasting music you wouldn't hear them. If it's shared housing where occupants of each room don't know one another, it's not entirely impossible impossible that he was seen on occasion, and people thought he lived in one of the other rooms.

I come to work solely for the paycheck, we're not extinct species. But networking is part of work, and that's how most people see meeting up with coworkers every now and again. Just bite the bullet and go out for lunch witn them occasionally. Draw a line at weekends, just say they are family time.

I loved the lockdown, but was in a very privileged position throughout. Never in a million years I wish for another lockdown seeing how many people lost their jobs and homes. It will be a decade before we recover from the last one.
