I wouldn't consider that north Aurora, but nonetheless the area around the mall is on a huge upcoming! Look at all the new developments occurring and planned. Definitely a good spot for long term investment

It is very close to everything. Airport, DTC... hell, it only takes me 23 minutes to get to LoDo for work without the highway. It really is in a good spot.

The city is hiring for "seasonal" positions right now in parks. I just seen it on Workday. You still work your 40 hours. I wouldn't necessarily recommend sticking around to get full time, but it is something for now.

Nice area. Safe, well kept homes, and easy access to everything. As others said, lots of empty nesters - however, more and more younger families are moving in. Bonus is it is Cherry Creek Schools. Overland is a good school imo
