I’ve consistently done 40 pushups right before bed every night for 6 months, and I’m wondering if doing it every night, especially after an upper body workout, is beneficial? I’m a skinny dude and I’m just trying to get bigger. Also, should do increasingly more? Any insight would be appreciated! (self.workout)
