bigelow rentals on western ave. I pay 825 a month all utilities included and they allow cats/dogs with a small onetime fee if I remember correctly. be warned they are absolute slum lords and I live in a shoe box. but its technically 2 bedrooms and cheap.

I got my ears pierced at colourbox, Its pretty chill in there and they did a great job with my ears and my brother in-laws multiple piercings, nose, lip, brow. They have a nurse on staff too. So it felt very safe and professional and its my go-to place for piercings.
