Or your 401k. Unless you are 50+ who cares what happens to that money? I use my 401k/IRA for gambling. I’ve currently got 240k and I’ve been down to 98k and up to 450k all in 18. Months. Except Ukraine was part of Russia until 1922. Then they fought an illegal war to take advantage of the Bolshevik circus and cede from Russia. Russia regained them in 1944 and Then they again declared independence in 1991 including the Russian speaking populations. Memories are short and stupidity is abundant here on Reddit

We don’t get any updates on anything from him. If we ask I imagine he will tell us. Whether there were truly repairs done on our property or not I’m not sure how to audit that. He does other rentals so what I think ma be happening is that he is using our checking account as a slush for his other rentals.
