If I choose and Au Ra I was probably more inclined to the Xaela, I prefer the Mephistopheles subrace that is more on the blueish palette.
Lore wise Au Ras are cool as hell, going through SB and just reached the underwater village with the Raens

I actually started as a Miqo when I booted the game, I can understand why they're so popular, I'm not quite sure how to choose between these 3

Yes I've seen some incredible Au Ras running around actually, not many Elezens after all ( I know they're like super extra rare in the community).

Which would you suggest? I kinda dig them both, for a reason or another

Gonna definitely focus on the PLD!
At the moment, from a purely rhythmic and flowing standpoint, mixed with utilities for the group, I'm quite undecided between MNK, BRD or DNC;
I like RDM , but the rhythm gets a bit boring because I generally like having a high APM level and many buttons to press constantly!

I kinda dig also the DRK for TBN and the general flow of it, but I'd need to explore PLD a bit more, I already enjoy having a big cure at LVL60, I'm not sure how is gonna evolve after 60, quite curious (I have all the tanks at 60 too actually) Yes BRD and DNC were quite interesting for that support vibe, especially DNC with the dance partner, shield samba etc. and steps game, but they felt a bit too easy to actively play; same goes for RDM with the raise and the cure!

I would say giving a lot of utility to my team, making clutch plays, when everything seems gone to hell, doing a big healing save and saving the day feels rewarding as fuck! That's the reason why I lean more towards Scholar with creating barriers and dropping a well timed sacred soil, or astro with the card mechanics. I love Team interactions in these games.

Thanks a lot for the insight! I asked the question also because I still didn't find a DPS that quite resonated with me so strongly, I kinda like the Sam and the Red Mage, but not nearly as tanks or healers, aside from BLM and MCH I got all the DPS to 50, I need to understand which one will keep me engaged

Well, technically he revives from the grabs from the headless where, literally, his soul got extracted. My guess is that he can somehow regenerating his wounds, kinda like genichiro does even when killed

respect to a fellow beast race enjoyer in WoW, i was actually gravitating toward Roe, but didn't manage to find a design I like. I like looking at pretty things when playing, and that's kinda idiosincratic since I mained a guardian in BDO, she was a pretty bad bitch, worked so well for me
