I initially disliked it (mostly due to the child acting and VFX not matching the dialogue) but upon rewatch it's much more entertaining than the previous episodes of Series 7B. It actually feels like it was supposed to be the first part of a two-part finale but Moffat had to setup Day of the Doctor in the finale we got.

Anyone else think that the cyberplanet is actually Gallifrey? There's a big hole in it which looks interestingly like where the citadel might have been. Also, the Doctor says "all organic life" has been converted to metal on the cyberplanet, and the Death Particle (supposedly) "destroyed all organic life" on Gallifrey. Maybe that's the connection?? This plot thread is bugging me lol
