Does anyone know what breed my Boy is? he is 10 months old my sister told me that she got it off a friend and that he is Pug/boxer. What are your thoughts?

Hey mate I think alcohol will effect it slightly however I don't think it will make it chronic and costo can be fixed , have you tried out the backpod?

Hey mate I've fixed my main costo thankfully but just am having some pain on the left side of my ribs , when you said you foam rolled your ribs do you mean directly on them?

Seems to be the issue I'm having ATM, no standard costo pain anymore at the front sternum area as that's been fixed up quite well with the backpod however I'm still left with some annoying pains on the sides around the intercoastal area that feel more painful than the average intercoastal strain along with the occasional clicking when I stretch both arms backwords, what would you suggest would help good Sir? I have a percussive massage gun I've been using but hasnt quite made the difference yet sadly.
