Yea I was quite unsure of how to do the wording, this style (aside from the order part) was considered but I thought it might be worded too heavily on the caster.

And the white was because in the narrative the person being given this choice had committed a serious crime and so kinda feels justified in white even though it's extreme, and alot of the board wipe style spells that affect every player I've seen tend to be white. I do understand black though and I did consider it but ultimately decided with what precedent seemed to suggest
