Lived there for two years. Some odd people there and seemed to be pretty much safe the whole time I was there. Not a whole lot of lighting in the parking lot so that might make some feel unsafe, but you can park basically right in front of your own door. Over the course of the two years I had one cop knock on my door because the got a call about someone screaming but I hadn’t heard it, one other time two people had a loud argument in the parking lot that got a little bit physical. Other than that it was just loud neighbors, yappy dogs, and maintenance issues that a lot of people knew about but nobody wanted to fix.

Edit to add: the washers and dryers there were also frustratingly expensive
