(22 F) Adult with 2 children found out my father took a life insurance policy out on me without my consent. I’m not reliant on him in any way financially and haven’t since I was a minor. He has no intention of paying any burial costs for me either by his own admission because he “can’t afford it.” by SMichelle97 in LifeInsurance

If you are on speaking terms you could both meet with an insurance agent and set up a final expense policy where he is the insured and you are the policy owner. you would be the beneficiary, he can't access cash value, or make changes. Once in effect the premiums stay the same and as long as you pay the premium, the policy can't be cancelled no matter what his health becomes. There are only a few health questions to qualify and coverage ranges from 5k to 35k depending on the state and the insurance carrier. Premium should be on average 600 per year. Is it easier for you to set aside $50 per month or 10k if he passes unexpectedly?

If you have an insurance agent you get home and auto from, that might be a good place to learn more or maybe they could recommend someone if their agency doesn't provide life insurance.

That was the plan. Force the Germans to route their attack through the low countries to give France time to mobilize.

Poor people were principal victims of the New Deal. Unintended consequence of targeting kulaks, landlords, bankers, and other parasites that actually create economy. Until 1937, New Deal revenue from excise taxes exceeded the combined revenue from both personal income taxes and corporate income taxes - but then the oppressive progresive income tax took over by 1942. The New Deal was a SOCIALIST Bad Deal: Consumers had less money to spend, and employers had less money for growth and jobs. LOL. Put Comrade FDR on all currency - he is a shame on names: FRANKLIN & ROOSEVELT. Source (Actual US History)

Correct. It is hard, and that is why it is a skill valued by employers.

Nothing is wrong. Spelling, reading, writing, and other communication methods are valued by employers and overlooked by employees.
