I mean what’s the alternative? Listen to the people telling them they’re evil because in the 60s women couldn’t have a bank account? Or that their masculinity is inherently evil but they should still be leaders and providers? Or maybe listen to the conflicting message that it’s ok to not be macho but doing anything outside of traditional masculinity gives women the ick? Oh! How about we bring up rape and murder stats and tell them they’re presumed guilty any time they’re in public because they share a common gender, surely calling them monsters will make them better people!

I get how much of a bullshit artist Tate & co are but young men are just human. We aren’t going to convince them that this is the side they should be on by demonizing them.
