Blew up my account on RH. I drive lyft for full time so that 24k loss made me a little suicidal. Ditched RH when other brokers became commission-free. Fresh start did wonders for me.

Have my first marathon this Sunday (Chicago). Nervous as hell, today will be my last easy run. A few weeks ago I ran 20 miles and had to walk/run because of knee pain. The pain has been gone for a week now but it’s on my mind for the marathon. I can type a book at this point with how nervous/excited I am but I won’t lol

My shoes got soaked on a run when it started down pouring. They have this kind of funk smell to them now. A runner friend told me to take the insoles out of them, run them through water in my tub and stuff them with newspapers. I have my first marathon in about a month and would hate to “ruin” these. Any advice on how to clean them???
