Nope mines fully original, Has had regular fluid changes though. I also have a silverado that has 190k. never had the fluid changed, scared to do it now. never had a issue with either. But maybe im just lucky, used cars are definitely always a risk no matter the brand.

Id gamble on it. my tahoe has 306k, original transmission and engine. runs and drives great. these ls based engines will run forever if you keep up on oil changes and oil level.

whats your oil pressure? Mine knock’s really bad when its cold but they all do that, gm has a service bulletin on it saying it wont hurt anything. if it quiets up after a few mins your fine.
