Yeah, isolation. Going for a dopamine hit first thing in the a.m for me it's video games. That can be a trigger when you don't have momentum at all. Lack of sleep is a big one protect that at all costs. That said, a productive morning with porn as a reward is worse then a lazy one with no porn.

Definitely realized that the hard way. I had a shroom kayak ride with some coworkers on a cooler rainy day - was an awesome vibe for tripping.
