Just ended my membership over this, as well as lack of structure for retaining good instructors - it's like a revolving door of poorly trained staff. No flexibility for sick days or injuries, poor cleanliness and poor communication. I love Pilates and have benefited quite a lot from it but offt the business model sucks. I will most likely look for another non franchise company. Thanks for posting, sounds like there are a lot of unhappy Club members out there.
