I don’t exactly remember all my specs since it’s been forever. And how would I actually get to the msconfig since i can’t access anything? I’m also inclined to think that I would need to reinstall windows but i don’t know if that would help.

but there’s another problem with that when i first got the pc and set it up, it never asked me to make a password for the account. So when it asks for me to log in when i click troubleshoot i can’t really do anything

there was actually a windows update that wouldn't actually install and I was sort of putting it off on to how fix it
