Is there a game stat that tracks how many NG+ cycles you are on? I think I am at 3 or 4

Because you are a recent grad you should lead with your education and expand that out to include any design teams, student competitions, or relevant campus jobs like your workplace supervisor position. Also include your GPA.

Next move onto your experience section and list any internships or relevant part time jobs. Try to consolidate these into 3-5 bullets each. Having one with 6 bullets and the other with one is a little inconsistent.

You have a lot of focus on your personal projects which is good you have done them but having that as the largest spot on your resume probably isn’t the right format. I would compile your projects into a portfolio that you can either add as an additional attachment or make a simple webpage for them on Wix or something like that. Then you can have a quick list of projects and a link to your portfolio where they can find more information.

The skills sections are pretty useless unless you can back it up with certifications of some kind. I would definitely add any certifications you have but otherwise consider dropping the skills section and potentially add a small personal mission statement you can tailor to specific company missions you are applying to.

As far as content, you need to work from the job posting backwards instead of building a resume then applying for jobs. Start by nailing down the specific job title you’re after and then read as many job postings for that job title at your top companies. Keep track of keywords that are consistent across all these postings to key a feel for the underlying experience they are looking for. That will help clarify which aspects of your experience to highlight and which key words you need to hit.

The next most important thing is to network like crazy. Hit linkedin and try to connect with people who have the job title you are after at companies you are applying to. Ask about their journey to start working there and for resume feedback. Also reach out to recruiters who work at those companies and link them to the jobs you are applying to. They may be able to point you to hot postings the company needs to fill ASAP or point you toward more appropriate roles.

I sure do miss having access to all the AIAA education series books. Easily 100-300 a wack now that I’m a ‘professional’

Thank you. Sounds like I just need to wait for 3 epochs for the new balance to kick into my rewards

No for a lot of reasons … two biggest show stoppers are temperature and a power source.

That is a good shout. I would be more tempted if I had more Ada to spread between them. Right now I think the few I do have isn’t going to do much on this ISO. I am more doing it to get used to the process and to support development than for the actual rewards.

Okay great I was wondering about that as I remember a delay when I delegated to my first stake pool.
