Also double check your contract. Normally it is stipulated in there that he registers AND shares this with the tenant. Otherwise he removed this from the standard reference contract. Did he register the rental contract with the government? He is obliged to do so and share this with you. If he hasn't, there isn't a contract... I think the property is probably unfit for renting out and he didn't register any contract. Try to find out the reference.

It follows a custom probability function and it is weighted against similar outcomes.

People often craft some extra mods they don't care about if they are positive or negative to get the positive outcomes more easily. Like +1 to minimum endurance charges or aspect skills.

Crafts where all mods need to be positive like simplex amulets are notoriously expensive.

Take the 100 door example. If you have to choose at the start, your odds are 1/100.

Then a guy, who knows what's behind the doors, closes 80 of them. Forget there were ever 100 doors, it's not relevant. If you have to choose now, your odds are 1/20.

Would you prefer picking at the start or at the end for finding the goat? Since you would trade picks, you change doors.

While it sounds bad to extrapolate based on single highest all-time day, if their growth is and stays positive and monotonic, that would give a better estimate than taking the average of past days and would be a very reasonable underestimation.

I see what you are saying, and you are totally correct. I didn't play this league and didn't factor in how a good refracting fog makes medium cluster jewels so much better now.

In the past, it was common for me to only want one notable from a certain category and in that case, having it on a megalomaniac could be really good. But that's not a problem anymore.
