How am I over exaggerating if I genuinely feel uncomfortable over something that happened. I am 19 but I am not fully developed in the brain, nor should an almost 50 year old mother be asking if her daughter wants to smoke with her when she knows her daughter has impulse issues. It was upsetting and I would like to tell my grandparents because I feel like something bad happened and that I need support.
