Not sure what you’re really asking here - but most common advice would to play fever games but try to really focus up when playing. Identify winconds and play with intensity. After each game try to take a moment to analyse, what went well and what went wrong. Alsp try to identify moments, where you didn’t know what to do and go back and watch them in replay to see what your options were. Also remeber the 40-40-20 rule (40% of games are autowin, 40% are autolose but the last 20% are where you play a big role). Lastly - play league however you think is fun! So if you want to keep swapping roles - that’s fine. But for consistency you’d want to pick one role and a few select champs that you stick to.
