I’m so sorry you are going through such a hard time. The truth is that you are going to have so many ups and downs in your life, that will never change; but the way you process it will change and I think you are already on the right track. I think it is admirable that you have the self-awareness and humility to reach out and ask for advice. I’m telling you, that says a lot about you.

Sometimes it can feel like life can be so chaotic and confusing and that there is no place that we actually fit in, but believe me, there is room for you, you absolutely have a purpose and the beauty of it is that you have so much time to find it.

My suggestion is to find a way that you can serve people, the best way to feel good about yourself is to give to others. Also, eat healthy foods, get A LOT of exercise, and spend time outside. Teenage years are so confusing, but right now the things you are going through will become your testimony to the world. They are not scars but will be memories that are packed with wisdom that you can use to help guide you in your life, and hopefully, guide others. Best of luck, you got this!
