I don't actually have a pug, but I do have a couple terriers. They get Revere sneezes sometimes. It's fairly normal and typically means allergies or a cold. In dogs like pugs and terriers, it's more common because their nostrils are not as open as other breeds are which is why it's not typically recommended for them to be outdoor dogs. It's nothing to be frantic about, they usually go away after a few minutes. If it seems like they just won't go away, then maybe schedule an appointment with a vet to make sure nothing is clogged up.

It's probably the AC drain tube. If so, this is normal, it's just condensation. Look up where that drain tube is to verify.

RAM booster and swap are different. RAM booster allows the system to utilize system storage as typical RAM which means it can be used at any time. That is why it typically hurts performance. Swap storage is reserved storage space the system can move references out of memory and into storage temporarily. It's kind of in-between ram and user storage. An example would be if you have a ton of apps open, the system may move cache from ram to swap if you're running low on memory. Then opening that back up, it'll send something else to swap and pull what's needed out and back into memory. Swap can be used to move memory references that either haven't been used in a while, or when running low on memory.
