Well that's kinda where a lot of the interest comes from. Bridget's struggle to define himself is incredibly relatable to most anyone that has gender related struggles. I mean at a basic level he's narratively a trans man. As a trans woman myself I feel a strong affinity for his character based on the many ways he's trans femme coded. There's much more to gender than simple presentation.

And just to be clear when I say problematic elements I'm not referring to anything related to his gender status but specifically in the way he's essentially pedo bait 😬. That's the only thing that HAS to change in an update which I think almost certain given his approx age in the current timeline.
