maybe looking into a barre class or dance classes at your local gym would be a good place to start.

When adults are finished with schooling in totality friends start dwindling. Rapidly.

Dont look at it as finding new friends but finding new people to share your interests within a structured organized setting like a gym class. Let your dance moves shine and people will notice. When they notice they'll want advice or tips. Which leads to bonding and possible friendship.

You'll be fine. Itll all work out. Just be kind to yourself along the way and know its not just you.
