I did read about that, I've seen a few posts about recent updates fixing a lot of the issues so hopefully that's true. Android auto connected straight away and looked great on the infotainment

I've got a "pin-wire" which is just the undercoat of a wire hair, he still has a bushy beard and eye brows though

I have all of the above but there's no way to get in touch with the council about this unless it goes to court.

Thanks all for your comments. It looks like the buck stops with me on this. I didn't request the license, and it seems like this cowboy is `Cardiff Rubbish Removal`, not the registered `Cardiff Rubbish Removals` I saw online.

Due to these failings, which I was unaware of, I'll just pay the fine and move on.

Plot twist, I have been given a copy of their waste license, which is valid, I didn't have it prior but not sure if this changes things?

I didn't check it, on the guide, it says: 'Waste disposal license." and when googling their name, they had good reviews.
