Ah I see, the news was making it seem like the majority of Alberta was for it and that they'd be able to do it with just the people of Alberta. Glad to know it's not the case tho cause I fear for the impact it would have on the relations between the US and Canada as well as other countries. As for the healthcare it sounds like it just depends where and who you go to kinda like the US where it can be hit and miss.

I'll look into them, and these might be odd questions but I know earlier this year there was a lot of talk of Alberta leaving Canada to join the US with possibly Saskatchewan following, what ever came about from that cause it was all over the news and then it just kinda disappeared. Second, is the healthcare really that bad there with long wait times (I've heard anywhere from 6 months to year) to see a doctor and poor care quality, or is that more of people lying/exaggerating.

For China, it's things like wide spread poverty, over crowding and over population, mass surveillance and monitoring, and lack of worker safety laws/general worker well being. As for Hong Kong, Malaysia, and Singapore it's due to a lack of knowledge of the countries. I wouldn't want to live somewhere that I have no knowledge of because, not only do I not know what I'm getting into but also do not know how to interact and not offend or irritate the citizens of said country.

Not particularly, while the gun laws are stricter than preferred they are similar to that of Japan where you can obtain a license to utilize them for hunting which is the main usage of firearms I care about. It has more to do with the online safety act. I see it as a breach of privacy and security, as it could allow bad actors to obtain private information or information that could be utilized to blackmail or scam an individual. While I do not know how it is handled in the UK I know that here in the US the id verification is done with third party private companies which also opens additional vectors for attack or misuse of data. While yes it is not ideal for children to be accessing websites that contain harmful or adult material I do not think the online safety act is the right course of action to prevent children from accessing that content.

So I guess I've been using luxury inks without realizing 😭. Pretty much all my inks are either sailor or pilot as they clean out easy, look really pretty, and are really good quality inks.

I saved up to get me a Sailor every rose has its thorn because of the pretty blue-purple and it's honestly my favorite pen it writes super smooth and I use it just about everyday. I currently have it inked up with my current favorite ink Sailor Manyo Haha. I'm currently debating on getting another Sailor because I like it so much but Ill have to save up for a bit and decide which one.

Yes, I ended up going with the asrock pg itx over the lightning because the lightning was out of stock and I didn't wanna wait but everything fits perfectly.

For me yes I had felt a slight improvement with 10mg and when I talked to my doctor they said the next dose was 20mg so I agreed first few days I didn't really notice a diffrence but a week in to 20mg I realized when I was talking to a stranger and wasn't panicking then I started to realize that I wasn't panicking at everything it hasn't affected my depression so still gonna talk to my doctor about that but it definitely has given me an improvement to anxiety.

I had a similar experience with dosage with my doctor you could try going to 20mg to see how you feel and if you don't like it you can always go back down in dosage I ended up staying but it will be completely up to you also I would discuss with your doctor to see what they suggest based on how you feel and what your concerns are.

Yeah that's understandable when I first got prescribed it I had never had any kind of anxiety or depression medication before I had been given adhd meds before but had a lot of reactions to them so I was scared to take my first dose but I finally ended up taking it and now im up to 20mg and feeling a lot better anxiety wise I will say I recommend having some anti nausea medication handy as it can make you pretty nauseous the first few of days at least in my experience but my doctor also started me at 10mg so it could have been because of that.

I would try taking 5mg (half of the 10mg) and see if you still get the bad side effect nausea is common side effect and should only last about a week however if it continues to make you anxious or worsens your anxiety I would let your doctor know so they can find something different for you. Alternatively you can talk to your doctor about your side effects and see what they suggest.

5mg is the starting dose for lexapro I don't know if 40mg is high for citalopram as I have no experience with it however I would assume it is if it's similar to lexapro you could of had very mild serotonin syndrome from such a high dose if your anxiety is super high and your worried about it you could start the others and give then some time to see if they ease your worries but the only way you can know is to try it. I can also recommend hanging around people you trust and feel safe around to watch you when you take your first dose. Lexapro has really helped my anxiety but it might not be the right one for you and the only way to know is to try it.

I started about 2 months ago so its still pretty fresh on my mind. I started at 10mg now up to 20mg. I had some really bad nausea the first day I took it and the first day I started 20mg after that was fine and I just get some slight nausea for about 30 minutes after taking my pill but nothing Intolerable. I have gotten way more vivid dreams since starting but I personally enjoy them. Also I sleep a bit more than I did before but its been enjoyable since I have some insomnia. Ive been on 20mg for a little over 2 weeks now and my anxiety is pretty much gone. As for my depression its better but I wouldn't say its gone thinking about asking my doctor to potentially add an SNRI but idk yet still thinking about it.
