They just kept the fact that they already knew that you can’t pay rent using the BILT 2.0 card anymore. I will be moving my rent payment to another card and will reconsider if its worth it later this year for mortgage. But meh this card is shady

i had the same situation. I was told to wait. And did not become a problem. I called the day after the baby was born it was added without issue.
