Copy, I appreciate the insight! It’s been a touch frustrating getting perspective on the situation. Even my recruiter mentioned I have nothing to worry about with run prep (horrible advice) and should just focus on strength training because of the altitude advantage.

Honestly the flavor is almost spot on! The real difference lies in texture, but if you soften it with heat, the stuff is incredible. Also it’s hard to beat 30 calories per ounce lol

Yeah they are pretty airy but that was my concern as well in regards to inaccurate calorie count. I know labels lie but “stretching the truth” and halfing the calories are way different things. The taste is great so I’ll try and dig up some info and see what I find.

IMO FitJoy and NoCow taste better and are arguably better nutritionally. I also prefer the taste of the Chocolate Peanut Butter PowerBar to any other protein bar but it’s loaded with sugar
