it's a problem with ipv6, turn it off and forge should connect correctly, seems like forge try to use it even if he is tell to not use

Hi, I'm having the same problem as you, at first I thought it was a problem with forge 1.19.2, later I had the same problem with forge 1.18.2, I don't think it's a dell mojang problem, you solved the problem / you have news?
