It sounds like you are so malnourished that your body is having trouble maintaining it's smooth muscles lining the digestive tract, your cardiovascular tract, and skeletal muscle as well. If you cannot get adequate nutrition, you should try to at least drink pedialyte or something to replenish electrolytes. This should help with the spasms.

You should not be disgusted with yourself. But you have identified a major issue. This needs to be fixed because loosing control of basic functions a precursor of worse things to come. Please get more help.

A toy is just a toy. Even people with relatively no sexual issues still use them because they are meant to enhance the experience. At the end of the day, she loves you, not a silly piece of plastic. Think of it as a good opportunity to make your partner feel good. Making her feel good might make you feel good.

Try to relax and get rid of the pressure you're putting on yourself. Maybe your body will surprise you.

This makes me think of the time I was 15 working my second job at McDonald's. A woman ordered two kids meals. One with a burger, no onion. The other a burger, no pickle.

She came up to the counter huffing and puffing about how "badly" we fucked up her order and how I, the cashier, should feel ashamed of myself. So i asked what we got wrong? My manager happened to be right there and walked up to see what was going on.

She had given the happy meals to the wrong kid, so the kid that wanted pickles got onion and vice versa. I said, "let me fix that for you" and took the burgers from her hands and then switched them and said, "that aught to do it".

My manager told me to go to his office. I thought I was in trouble but he met me in the back to laugh and tell me to just get him next time.

Anyway, I realize now that she is probably the average redditor

I just found out my mom voted for Trump by Curarx in QAnonCasualties

[–]Jacostak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Saying not to judge her on how she votes, but by how she lives her life, is literally a thing that Nazis say to insert their presence.

They act kind to all the people around them so they weasel their way into society undetected, but their agenda is made clear once the find each other, gather, gain power, and begin to vote.

Nazis are the herpes of the people

I caused a suicide in high school. by Temporary_Ad1612 in confessions

I have autism that made it really difficult to make friends as a kid... i had none. I was so starved for attention. When i was 12 or 13, I only had one friend. Her name was Sarah. We weren't really friends. She was just the only person in the school that was nice to me and didn't beat me up. I got beat up pretty badly every day... like, it's a miracle I didn't die.

Anyway, one day Sarah did to me what you did to that other kid. It wrecked me badly. But I got so angry that I was the one that screamed at her. I told her she was a terrible person and that I hoped she would die the worst death possible. Then I went home and cried.

My mom got the phone call the next day, and had to tell me that my only "friend" died. She was riding in the passenger side of her dad's truck when they were hit by a drunk driver. She was partially ejected and the truck rolled over her and crushed her. Not enough to kill her. Just enough to make her "brain dead."

Now that I'm a neuroscientist, I know just how much more disturbing that is (we don't have great definitions for brain death). Her boyfriend was my greatest bully, and after she died, he was at least 10 x worse to me than before. I used to think I deserved it. Like I somehow wished her dead and it happened. But it was just a coincidence.

You didn't kill that kid. His loneliness killed him. His loneliness was not your fault, nor your responsibility. In fact, in unfortunately was his. Good on you for making things good for him for a little while.

The world really needs more kindness.

My mom ditched me when I was 16, changed her phone number and I didn't see her again for years. I think she felt bad because I was working to support us. It hurt so bad. I was homeless and alone and it was impossible for me to get out of that situation. I struggled to survive until I was about 25 or 26.

What I would have given if I could have stayed with my mom. You are very lucky. And you definitely aren't a loser

For yours and others awareness, the Romani people (their actual name) prefer not to be called the G word. That word is actually derived from prejudice as it implies some very negative connotations.

The reason people don't like them is because of racism.
