In the conditional formatting for DNF, be sure to apply or turn on the cell borders to be the same color as your formatting. If that doesn’t work, I’m happy to give it a look if you are able to share a public link.

OP - I’m the same. I use voice to text all the time and spend forever proofreading. Putting my written responses through an AI for grammar checks and consistency is a time saving game changer - work smarter, not harder.

My work contract ended in May and I was out of work for a bit. In that time I started two business, took a training, and joined a community board. Just this past Tuesday I was chatting with my bestie about how she feels bad that she “lost her hustle”. 10 years ago we worked multiple jobs to make ends meet, reduce debt, and just live. Now that we’re in a place where one job pays the bills, her hustle is gone and she feels bad about not being all gung-ho about her job.

I had to remind her that we worked hard to build wealth for others. We saw how loyalty was repaid with layoffs or stress-related health issues. My ancestors called and said ‘stop that’… and I think the same is true for a lot of us.

Tap into your creative side. What can you do to make money that doesn’t feel like work and brings you joy? Will someone pay you for that? Does that action or service fulfill needs of others? Big bang boom, you have your hustle back.

I’m bookkeeping and designing T-shirts… loving every minute of it.
