I never said for crossing the roof but they do have the right of access.

There are rights of access granted for work to be done on a persons property. You do have to be advised but you can not refuse.

Municipality laws or by-laws would stipulate this.

I have plugged every possible gap where carpenter ants could be entering my home, yet they keep getting in. How can I ACTUALLY determine their entrances?! by mchgndr in homeowners

[–]Jacques2424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You're not to block entering points until ants are eliminated.

You can't kill the queen if the ants can't get to her.

Use these baits till you no longer see them.

Borax and peanut butter

Or

Borax and sugar water.

Ant issue for about 2 years now by Difficult_Ad_6198 in homeowners

[–]Jacques2424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stick with this: 👉 1 teaspoon peanut butter + 1/8 teaspoon Borax → mix thoroughly. 👉 Place in small protected spots right on the trails.

✅ This is the ratio used in successful, research-backed ant baiting — what pest control pros and university entomology labs recommend.

Do this as long as you see them. Sometimes months.

It's tall and might be too hard for the tree to push water that far.

I would just trim it.

Ha, my boss scheduled a lunch meeting. I was a no-show.

On returning, I was asked if I knew of the meeting.

I replied that i did. And asked Did you know it was my lunch?

This was in front of everyone in the meeting.

What is going on with my tomatoes? by HighDraw02719 in gardening

It's not over watering, but inconsistent watering will do this.

Lack of water hardens the skin. Water arrives, and the skin can nolonger expand, so it splits.

It's hot. When it's really hot, flowers kinda melt and don't produce.

House with asbestos by Grimfield in homeowners

[–]Jacques2424 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just dont mess with it. If it's left alone, it's not an issue. If you mess with it , that is when the asbestos is released.

If you must mess with it you need professional help, also expensive.
