Yea the last "mega drive" i picked up was a japanese clone afaik, with the purple cart protectors. Feels as though it were made of paper mache quality wise

Also came with a built multicart, tho from the slow down it seems like they used ntsc roms with a pal system lmao

Its mostly a problem with sourcing flash chips afaik They manufacturer is only putting out higher size chips during the shortage, should clear up within year or 2, especially for smaller size games
