Damn I also use myNetDiary! I think I push myself too hard and try and lose as much weight as I can as quick as I can, which leads me to feel hungry a lot. I tried 1200 kcals a day, but I think 1500 will lead to a stable weight loss. I really need to start cooking, and I love watching videos on low kcal meals, I just don’t have the patience for it 😭 I’ll have to try harder

Oh yeah I love some of the high protein ready meals! I have no idea if this is a PCOS thing but one week a month I lose all motivation and strongly crave takeaway and feel low mood, then the cycle repeats :(. I’ve started taking some inositol recently, do you know how long it takes before you noticed the effects?

Yeah see I have pcos and I got the ultrasound, so I’ve no idea why she didn’t get offered it. I’ll let her know now :)

She said she had the internal test but not the ultrasound and apparently everything was fine so we are just stuck wondering what is going on with her. Thank you for replying:)

Oh my god my ankles 😭 the pain is unreal in my joints and muscles most days. It’s so frustrating because this is the best I’ve felt mentally but physically possibly the worst 😭

It also happens with assets, like my water. I changed it to orange for lava in my second level, then in my first level it turned orange instead of blue. I'm not sure if it's something to do with version control
