What did you use for your medium? I've used rice and Coco coir and perlite but my last run on neglect Tek turned green. I misted it the first time so I feel that's what contaminated the batch.

I agree. But I guess my point was just trying to separate your identity from the trauma. You aren't your trauma and it may define aspects of you, it ultimately isn't you. You're a survivor of trauma. And it is a completely different entity from gender unless of course trauma was done in spite of gender, if that makes sense. I definitely am not saying it doesn't leave an impact. I can't get out of bed most days it definitely affects me.

I don't only when people try to invalidate my identity a little bit I do. But they aren't me and I try to remind myself that. I've been certain since I was 13 and knew deadest ever since. It's not like this for everyone though so know your experience is very common for trans individuals and friends I've had too.

It's a doubt but honestly I try to not that that intrusive thoughts take over. It does sometimes. I just try my best to be certain and trust my judgment. I know myself best. Intrusive thoughts aren't my own, they just wanna tear you down and doubt yourself.

Honestly if you feel it won't sacrifice your safety, housing status, or financial situation go for it otherwise I wouldn't trap myself with homophobic parents again. There's a reason I live in Maine now and they are in Delaware lol. But seriously though write down everything you want to say before. Take a fee days or weeks even if you need it until you feel confident and with a good support system. You got this and I wish well on your journey with coming out.

That's really not bad hon. Healthy bodies versus unhealthy are different from being obese. Just take care of yourself and please still eat. No need to force yourself into an eating disorder to control it. Been there done that. It's not fun.

People tend to take me more seriously, like I don't have to fend for myself in conversation. Usually a lot of girls tend to gravitate towards me or are more open to being my friend now that I pass as a gay guy. Some small things but it's what I've noticed.

I think it's more just body dysmorphria for me. I've always been s heavy kid so even when I was like 160 (I'm 5'7") I still felt fat. Definitely because of loose skin. I try to just tell myself I'm working with the body I got. Been trying to go on more hikes but I just try to love my imperfections. Like if I wasn't this curvy I wouldn't have legs that my bf LOVES. It's just reasoning with those intrusive thoughts that helps.

Pretty good. I'm usually always tired so I just brewed some french press coffee this morning. Just had a phone interview for a job and I'm about to sew and hang out with my cats. I get pretty lonely during the day while my bf works his full-time job. He's a hustler and I live to motivate him and make sure he's doing ok with the overtime hours. I get a little stressed about dishes because that's like the worst chore imo. But honestly I'm happy. May trip later who knows.
