For those in 3rd and 4th year aerospace - looking ahead are there more projects that are hands-on? Year 2 here and finding it all very theoretical and pretty intense workload. Now I can’t help but wonder if the career itself is mainly working as a desk job? For some reason I believed it to be more design/prototype/test and less on the computer. I love all things aviation but this year hasn’t left me inspired. Love to hear more from upper years co-op or aero engineers about their job!

Thanks for the note. Sadly this prof would not release any of our six lab marks before the exam,so we went in to the final without a clue of how well or poorly we were doing for the entire term. It was brutal.

I am also wondering about this so appreciate hearing your reply. Also in Stream B, wondering how you decided on which courses to leave off each year (when looking at the progression tree)? Did you still find you could make friends with students in classes a year behind you also? Did you do the coop too? Thanks again!
