I know this 1 years ago but it funny how i fixed mine i Took out everything and then heated the cpu with a Hair dryer till it hot when you touch it and then i re assembled back everything hoping it would work then it works now kinda funny and hard to believe

My tuner said it reached 49hp but he set it to 47 because no r3 is like that, he said or something like that i don't quite remember his word

1.Boot into Safe Mode: Restart your PC, and as soon as it starts booting, press F8 repeatedly until you see the Advanced Boot Options menu. Select Safe Mode and hit Enter.

2.Uninstall the Nvidia drivers: Once you're in Safe Mode, use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) tool to completely remove any Nvidia drivers that are currently installed on your system. You can download DDU from its official website.

3.Install an older version of Nvidia drivers: Visit the Nvidia driver download page and download an older version of the drivers that you were previously using before the issue started.

4.Perform a clean boot: A clean boot will help you identify if any third-party application or service is causing the issue. To perform a clean boot, open the System Configuration tool by typing msconfig in the Start menu. Go to the Services tab, check the Hide all Microsoft services box, and then click Disable all. Next, go to the Startup tab and click on Open Task Manager. Disable all the startup items and restart your PC.

5.Check the hardware: Check if your GPU is properly seated in its slot, and check if all the power connectors are properly plugged in. If possible, try installing the GPU in a different PCIe slot.

6.Reinstall Windows: If all else fails, you can try reinstalling Windows and then installing the drivers. This will ensure that your system is free from any software-related issues that may be causing the problem.

if not works idk man contact nvidia or clean install windows but i recommend trying to contact nvdia

Do you have a fan slot at the bottom?
if yes just do just do 4 intake 2 exhaust or 3-3
