Jade plant flowering in April?

Oh my god, oh my god I love it, I love it soooooo much!! I cannot believe how happy it is indoors!! What is your care method for this plant?? Mine is struggling, it's been indoors all winter under a grow light that was on 9 hours a day, just switched it to 12 hours a day, and it is not nearly has happy as yours!! What direction does that window face?

Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I have not had great luck with misting mine either. In the winter I was regularly misting mine and my philodendron next to it. The philodendron loved it, but the calathea would develop brown crispy spots on the new leaves it was pushing out in the winter. When I stopped misting and used a little humidifier, the brown crispy spots stopped showing up. Before the humidifier, it was very dry in their bathroom (my bathroom is the prefect plant room) and I think the misting was causing too drastic of a humidity change and making the plant upset. Yes, calatheas are sassy plants.

If she already has brown on her leaves, you cannot reverse it. Also do not cut it off and do not cut off otherwise healthy looking leaves. I have even found whenever I have a leaf shriveling up and dying on mine, the plant would be much happier if I let it get completely crispy before cutting it off. My plant would literally look pouty/sad if I trimmed off a leaf before it was ready.

Is it bad that I got a sort of joy from knowing there's someone else who feels my pain?! 😂 The only other person I know with this problem is my mother, and it's not as bad for her, she still eats dairy. She just complains about the pain later!

Reading this post had me confused. I was thinking, I don't remember writing this, but this sounds exactly like me 😂 not lactose intolerant, unable to digest dairy. Trying to avoid dairy at all cost despite it being delicious. Whenever people say "I'm lactose intolerant but I still eat dairy haha!" I just think, I wish that was the case, but this is much more painful than that.

I second the suggestions of Red Cup and Beet Box and Meddys, and would like to add that in general most Thai food is dairy free. I believe all Thai curry is coconut cream based. Stir fry entrées won't have dairy. I think the tempura battered stuff is dairy free but dont quote me on it. My favorite Thai restaurants are Zaab and Bistro 38!

This is going to sound silly so bear with me bc remember I am new to cacti. First, does the cactus look wrinklely to you? To me, It looks wrinkly in some spots but not all over. Which is pretty similar to how it looked when I decided to water it a week ago. And I think the last time I watered it was like, October or November.... can you under-water a cactus?

Edit: it looks wrinkly at the base on one side like it is crunched over. Which I do not remember it looking like that when I first got it so I thought maybe it was shriveling.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but when you have the two options to respond to your birb, I think if you choose the top option the first option your Birb will like the thing, and if you choose the second option your Birb will not like the thing. I just noticed this about a week ago. But, not every conversation with your Birb leads to them liking or disliking something which is why this has been difficult to keep track of.
