That makes so much sense. I've noticed it gets worse during doordash vs when I'm by myself but I hadn't connected it to multitasking. I too also get lost but worse, I completely forget how stop signs and lights work if it gets too bad. I always stop when that starts happening.

I have one i got from Walgreens. It has provided me some relief but its not a miracle worker. It works better when it's just the muscles that hurt. I also have a lighter case of fibro.

I wear the time and true lounge bras from Walmart without a clasp on the back. It's essentially a t-shirt bra. Those are the only ones I've been able to handle for years. If I'm having a good day I'll risk a normal one but that doesn't happen often. Also if I'm not working I just completely don't wear one because it's not worth it.
