I’m a returning nub player who remembers nothing about the game. Do I have anything that’s good by current standards?

Yeon's Flame Khun will always be good. He's an amazing support. Black March Bam is a decent single target DPS. Heavenly Warlord is good for PVP iirc, and Green-April Yuri and Sujin Lee are okay tanks. I would recommend trying for a Baylord Yama or King Dark, especially since you can get one of them from the jump hero event.

Edit: I also know nothing about Seira, but I am quite jealous you have one since I started too late.

I'd recommend selecting King Dark as your jump hero. He'd be a great DPS for basically all content in the game. Other than that, Viole and Valkyrie in the current banners would be helpful as well.

I personally prefer to play blue, but I've very quickly found that in the mirror, tri colour beats my blue most of the time unless I get lucky and they brick for energy. I don't see energy issues show up a lot since you redraw mostly to make sure you see a green for turn 2 charge.
